The majority of our team members are fully vaccinated. We still welcome and encourage anyone entering our buildings to wear a mask for your own health, safety, and comfort. Please let us know if you would prefer our team members wear a mask while interacting with you during your pet’s visit.
Reschedule if you are ill.
If you have any symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks, please reschedule your pet’s appointment. If your pet’s need is urgent, please request door drop-off/pick-up services and have a healthy friend or family member bring your pet.
We are still offering the option of low-contact door drop-off/pick-up for your pet’s appointment.
Please let us know at the time you schedule your pet’s appointment if you would prefer to drop your pet off at the door.
