Monday, July 6th, we’re re-opening to allow clients back in the building!
We will still be offering the option of low-contact door drop-off/pick-up for your pet’s appointment. Please let us know at the time you schedule your pet’s appointment if you would prefer to drop your pet off at the door.
We have a few requests for the health and safety of everyone in the building:
RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE ILL
If you have any symptoms that may be related to COVID-19, please reschedule your pet’s appointment or request door drop-off/pick-up services.
WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES
If you forget to bring a mask, one will be provided for you free of charge.
If you refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave.
Don’t have a mask yet? Apply for a free face covering from Marion County.
ONE CLIENT/PERSON PER APPOINTMENT
We ask that any extra people you bring along wait in the car or outside.
Please leave any pets without an appointment at home.
MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please maintain a distance of 6 feet (2 arm’s lengths) from other people whenever possible.
If there are 2 clients waiting ahead of you in the lobby, please remain outside until the area clears.
All food and medications need to be called in and requested ahead of time. We’ll be taking payment over the phone, and leaving your products for pick-up outside the front door.
