Associate Veterinarian

The associate veterinarian is responsible for providing medical care including physical exams, diagnosis and treatment. Must exude a high level of professionalism and patience with clients and their pets while providing excellent care. He/she must be willing to go above and beyond in patient care and give clients options for their pet’s care. The associate veterinarian must be willing to educate all team members on procedures, vaccinations, medications, prescription diets, etc.

Registered Veterinary Technician

The veterinary technician is the veterinarian’s primary medical support. They begin the examination process by obtaining the patient’s history and continue to assist the doctor throughout the examination, diagnosis and treatment phases. The veterinary technician aids the veterinarian in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work and administrative detail. They have a very significant role in communicating with and educating clients about their pets. Veterinary Technician Registration (RVT)/license is required.

Veterinary Assistant

The veterinary assistant assists the veterinarian and veterinary technician in providing animal care. The veterinary assistant assists in the examination process by obtaining the patient’s history and continues to assist the doctor throughout the examination, diagnosis and treatment phases. The veterinary assistant aids the veterinarian in achieving greater efficiency by relieving him/her of technical work and administrative detail. The veterinary assistant has a very significant role in communicating with and educating clients about their pets.

Clinic Cleaning Assistant

The clinic cleaning assistant is an essential member of the team, by being responsible for keeping a clean and sanitary environment for the proper treatment of pets throughout the entire clinic. The clinic cleaning assistant will keep the treatment, lab, surgery, dental, ex-ray and exam rooms stocked with all items necessary in the treatment of pets. The clinic cleaning assistant will help restrain, medicate and treat pets for the veterinarians, veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants as needed.
